Fanni is an Australian-based online store offering hand fans and related accessories. We sell to customers within Australia only. All prices are in AUD.

Orders are processed through Shopify and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment options as made available on our checkout page.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You can choose between standard and express options.

4. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept returns for natural variations or imperfections in the wood, as each Fanni is unique.
