Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as your Fanni is unused and in its original condition.

Please note: We don’t accept returns for natural variations or imperfections in the wood. Each Fanni is different—and beautiful in their own way.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once your return is received and approved, you can choose a refund or store credit.
